Emma Norbury – Emma has been a Businesses Development Consultant at EDC for 9 years and has been in the apprenticeship and training space for 11years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of specific sectors such as Engineering, Manufacturing , Science and Education. She has supported countless smaller business to navigate the apprenticeship landscape with huge success.

Hayley Clifton – Hayley’s first day at EDC was 17 years ago – she has EDC in her veins. In Hayley’s role as Business Development Consultant she vast knowledge within the Land Based sector, notably delivered at our Houghall College campus where she looks after apprenticeships and commercial training but also her talents run into the Construction sector too.

Sara Jolly – Sara heads up the Business Development Team at EDC – She has a passion for connecting businesses with relevant training and upskilling opportunities. She has over 20 of commercial led experience alongside 10 years in education. She believes opening the conversation with businesses is key to finding the right training opportunities.
