Innovation is something that every company should do as a matter of course, whether that’s innovating on their products, their services, or even the way they manage their customer relationships.

About the event

Innovation is something that every company should do as a matter of course, whether that’s innovating on their products, their services, or even the way they manage their customer relationships.

But it’s not an easy thing to do - you might make lots of very small improvements that cause you to miss the bigger picture and stifle creativity, but then there’s the risk of launching something completely new that the market is just not ready for.

But there’s a third way, that’s used by some of the biggest and most successful companies in the world, including Apple, Guinness and Lego.

And now you, if you come along to this workshop where we’ll be explaining the principles behind this 3rd way, and guiding you through the process of implementing it in your business.

We’ll be using the Lego Serious Play methodology, which has been key to the success of Lego themselves over the last 25 years, as well as hundreds of organisations around the world including Google, Microsoft, NASA and Unilever.

You’ll be working alongside other businesses, but focussing very much on your own challenges and aspirations. And do bring along another member of the team.

Who is it for – anyone who wants to find a new way to create growth in their business, and to explore innovative ways to deliver more value to your customers
